About these terms
I’m Cut is operated by IM CUT LLC. These terms govern your use of I’m Cut, including its beta. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. Contact support@imcutapp.com with questions.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information and use an authentic profile. Do not impersonate someone, create an account for another person without authority, or return to the service to evade a ban. Fictional demonstration profiles supplied by I’m Cut are labeled and are not real members.
Open events
Hosts can publish events for members to attend. Interested and Going responses are not tickets, reservations or guaranteed entry. Hosts must describe admission, registration and age requirements accurately. Members should check event details for changes; automatic cancellation notifications are not currently sent. Use guest response information only for the event, not unrelated marketing.
Opportunities and business accounts
Where available, Opportunities connects hospitality professionals, venues and brands for collaborations. Business accounts must be created by someone authorized to represent that business. Listings and account labels are not identity, licensing or background-check verification. Applying, shortlisting or accepting an application records interest or a decision in the app; it does not process a payment or supply a contract. Participants must agree directly on deliverables, compensation, expenses, timing, cancellation and content usage before work begins. I’m Cut does not currently collect campaign payments or provide escrow. Participation is free for hospitality professionals.
Responsible listings and collaborations
Provide accurate business details and clearly describe compensation, responsibilities, dates and eligibility requirements. Do not misrepresent unpaid or product-only work as paid employment. Follow applicable employment, licensing, age and product-promotion requirements. Sponsored endorsements must clearly disclose relevant brand relationships, including payment or free products. Do not require deceptive reviews, unlawful discrimination, harassment or access to someone’s dating activity. Use application information only to consider or arrange the opportunity and related communication; do not sell it or add applicants to unrelated marketing without permission.
Your account
Keep your password and sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect someone else has access. Do not use someone else’s account or disclose their private information.
Respect and prohibited content
Harassment, threats, hate, stalking, scams, spam, exploitation, illegal activity, and impersonation are prohibited. Do not post pornography, nonconsensual intimate images, sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or abuse. Do not solicit paid sexual services or use the service to exploit others. Respect consent and boundaries; stop contact when it is unwelcome. Do not scrape profiles, automate unsolicited messages, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
Your content and our permission to use it
You retain your rights in photos, profile answers and messages you submit. You must have the rights and permission needed to share them. You give IM CUT LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service, deliver it to intended recipients, and handle safety or legal obligations. This permission does not authorize using your face or private conversations in advertising without separate permission. It ends when the content is removed from our systems, subject to the retention and recipient-copy limits described in the Privacy Notice.
Moderation and appeals
You can report or block a member using the app or contact support. We may review reported content, restrict features, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, misuse, legal obligations, or safety concerns. We may act immediately when needed to protect people. If you think a decision was mistaken, email support@imcutapp.com from your registered address and explain the issue. We do not promise advance notice where it would undermine safety or an investigation.
Meeting other people
A profile, email confirmation, shared interest, or match does not verify a person’s identity or guarantee safety or compatibility. I’m Cut does not currently conduct identity verification or background checks. Use your judgment, protect private information, and meet in a public place when appropriate. The app and support inbox are not emergency services; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Availability and future paid features
The beta may change or contain errors, and access may be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features. These terms do not enroll you in a paid subscription. If paid features are introduced, their price and payment terms will be shown before purchase and any required agreement. Sponsored content, if introduced, will be identified as advertising and accompanied by applicable disclosures.
Leaving the service
You may stop using the service at any time. Use Delete account in Settings & Safety to remove your account, or contact support if you cannot access it. Uninstalling the app or pausing a profile does not delete the account. Information retained for safety and provider backups is explained in the Privacy Notice.
Legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. We will publish updated terms when needed and communicate material changes through an appropriate app, website, or email notice. Contact IM CUT LLC at support@imcutapp.com for questions or disputes.
