Can’t sign in?

Use the email address you registered with. Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to reset your password. For an unconfirmed account, check your inbox and spam folder and use the newest confirmation email. Contact us if you still cannot get in.

Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app’s Settings & Safety section. If you cannot access the app, email support@imcutapp.com with the subject “I’m Cut account deletion,” preferably from your registered email address. Include the email used for your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.

Deleting an account removes the active account and profile. Safety-report records are handled separately: up to 200 messages included with a report are retained for up to 90 days and removed by scheduled daily cleanup, including after account deletion or unmatching. Report details and moderation actions are retained separately for safety follow-up. Closed safety cases and their related records are cleared by daily cleanup 12 months after closure; open investigations remain until resolved. Provider backups and logs may remain under their retention practices. See the privacy notice for details.

Privacy requests

For access to your information, corrections, or a privacy concern, email us from your registered address. Tell us what you need without including passwords or verification codes. We may verify ownership before responding.

Report a safety concern

Use “Report or block” on a profile or in chat. You can also email us about a concern. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; this inbox is not an emergency service.
